The positive being that the fast shot speed would absolutlely decimate casters, not allowing them to get spells off. In the PvP world this would have positive and negative aspects. Furthermore, the fast shot speed would make it very difficult to keep your shot rotations up (if you use them). More frequent crits means that you will, in PVE settings, be pulling more aggro, meaning you have to Feign more - which means you use more mana. Initially you may think it evens out.but ahh, it does not. So that means when you crit, you are going to have small (albeit, probably more frequent) crits.
